For several years we have been sharing articles, ideas and seasonal inspiration for home preservers through Lovejars and Rosie’s Preserving School. What began as a way of keeping in touch with our community has grown into Simply Preserved — a small magazine dedicated to traditional skills, practical knowledge and the joy of putting food by.
As The Preserving School continues to grow, the magazine comes with us.
Since its first issue, Simply Preserved has grown into a substantial archive of practical knowledge for home preservers, with more than thirty editions covering recipes, seasonal preserving, gardening and traditional skills.
It is completely free to read in page-turning software or to share.
